What’s Included: • Gowns & slippers • Mini breathwork and soundbath to calm your nervous system • 2 Master Airwave massage tables (deep relaxation without hands-on treatment) • 2 Pressotherapy leg compression boots • Dedicated therapist to host and guide your experience • Choice of 25 or 50 minute spa treatments • Relaxation lounge with heated relaxation massage beds, blankets and eye masks • Complimentary herbal teas ⸻ Choose Your Treatments Each guest can decide on the day what they feel drawn to. Your therapist will help guide the flow so everyone enjoys their perfect balance of relaxation. Treatment options include: • Indian Head Massage • Upper Back, Neck & Shoulder Massage • Harmony Facial • Leg & Foot Massage • Express Japanese Head Spa Not everyone may want hands-on treatments — guests can simply relax on the Airwave massage tables or enjoy the compression boots instead. The day is yours to customise. Cancellation Policy
Any cancellation or reschedule of an appointment must be made with at least 48 hours notice. If suitable notice is not given then the practitioners hold the right to issue no refunds, due to the limited time given to fill the vacated time slot and subsequent revenue lost by the team and The Wellness Centre.
