From there, you’ll gather around The Joyful Table — a thoughtfully styled setting where creativity, music and connection come together through a different art activity each session. No experience is needed, just a willingness to play, create and be present. Throughout the retreat, you’ll be nourished with a selection of smoothies, fresh fruit platters, protein balls and comforting refreshments. This is more than a class or a workshop — it’s a chance to slow down, laugh, connect and feel like yourself again. Whether you’re carving out time for yourself while the kids are in school, or joining as part of your homeschooling rhythm, this experience offers a refreshing and uplifting reset in the middle of your week.
