Service Description

Your Surrender experience begins as soon as you lie down. You’ll be cocooned in comfort — lying on your back the entire time, supported by a soft pillow, warm electric blanket, and cosy duvet. There’s no need to turn over or move midway through — just relax, let go, and fully surrender. ✨ Your therapist will guide you through some calming breathwork with aromatherapy to soothe your mind and nervous system bringing you into the present moment. You will then receive a neck, shoulder and face massage, Indian head massage, , hand and arm massage, grounding foot massage, and optional tummy massage all whilst listening to our unique Surrender Playlist.
